How much do your homes cost?
OklaHome is a Cost-Plus builder and since each home is very unique, each price is just as unique. Having said that, most of the homes in our gallery range from $200-270/sf plus the land and lot prep.
What is a Cost-Plus builder anyway?
Rather than having a base price and then change order upgrades, we give you more flexibility and control. With transparent accounting and regular budget updates you’ll be included every step of the way.
Where can I see your homes in person?
Because we’re a custom builder the majority of the homes we build are designed specifically for the families who will be living in them. We do not have a year-round model home. Instead we often showcase our custom homes as open house events and also often have under construction homes to tour at any time. How long does it take to build?
Each home is unique and each timeline is unique. Most homes take about 12-18 months including design from slab stage but we can go at your pace.
What if I need to sell my current home?
Our OklaHome Team (link) specializes in helping clients bridge the gap between dreaming of a new home to settling in with the loose ends tied up.
