Finance Meeting

Tile, Flooring and Paint

Hardware Selection

Final Walkthrough

As construction wraps up, it’s all about the details. Your final meeting will be a walkthrough with your construction manager, introducing you to your new home. We’ll cover any punch-list items, maintenance tips, and operating instructions to ensure you’re comfortable. Meanwhile, your New Home Consultant will coordinate with your lender and title company to schedule the closing. This can be a hectic time as you pack, hire movers, and set up utilities, but we’re here to help! Our “May We Suggest” list includes trusted partners for moving, professional organizing, and cleaning services to make your transition as smooth as possible.

Closing

Congratulations, your dream home is now officially yours! At closing, you’ll receive your keys, garage door openers, and warranty manuals.
