The kids love having their space upstairs, but more than that, they LOVE the front porch.
Our favorite part of the process was being able to pick everything. While it can be overwhelming, your team at OklaHome made it so manageable. Rob and Craig had amazing ideas during the planning phase, and having small meetings with Sarah helped make each big choice the only goal for that day.
We chose to build a custom home because we wanted a home that fit our modern lifestyle with vintage farmhouse touches. We enjoyed the homebuilding process and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you to you and everyone at OklaHome for an amazing experience.

HGTV’s “Inside Out”
We usually try to stay within 1 hour from our main office in Edmond OK depending on the project.
OklaHome is a Cost-Plus builder and since each home is very unique, each price is just as unique. Having said that, most of the homes in our gallery range from $200-260/sf plus the land and lot prep.
As a 100% custom builder we don’t pin you down to set packages, suppliers or material selections. Instead, we give you more flexibility and a wide array of places and products to choose from. Our in-house Architectural Designer will work closely with you to draw a floorplan from scratch and our in-house Interior Selections Designer will help source, compare pricing and order things like light fixtures, appliances, wallpaper etc. Therefore, rather than having a base or fixed price and then change order upgrades, you’ll start out with a detailed estimated budget that will be updated regularly through the process to determine a final price at the end. You’ll know a projected total cost each step of the way so you’ll have more control over your final price and will be able to make adjustments as you go along.
We have a fantastic Gallery of homes where you can view custom homes we’ve built in the past by room or by the home. We also have great videos of many of our award-wining Parade of Homes custom homes on our YouTube channel
Because we’re a custom builder the majority of the homes we build are designed specifically for the families who will be living in them. We do not have a year-round model home. Instead we often showcase our custom homes as open house events and also often have under construction homes to tour at any time. Send us a message at hello@oklahome.com or call 405-509-2299 to schedule a tour.
Be sure to join our VIP list for invitations to open houses too!
In addition we often have a custom home in Central Oklahoma Homebuilder’s Association’s Parade of Homes in May and/or September each year. For more information go to www.paradeofhomesok.com
Each home is unique and each timeline is unique. Most homes take about 12-18 months including design from slab stage but we can go at your pace.
Our OklaHome Team specializes in helping clients bridge the gap between dreaming of a new home to settling in with the loose ends tied up. Let our Listing Agent visit your home and help plan a gameplan for getting it ready to list, pricing it correctly and marketing it well. Be sure to ask about our Don’t Move Twice program!
Yes! It’s a good idea to get your builder involved in the land selection as early as possible. We can help you walk the land, talk about utilities, lot prep and hidden red flags. Our OklaHome Team specializes in helping clients find land (which can be a difficult task on your own!) whether you’re interested in a neighborhood lot or country acreage.
No problem! Since OklaHome Homebuilders is a true custom builder that means we’ve never built the same home twice. Schedule a complimentary design meeting with our Architectural Designer here to start designing a home with your family in mind.
Check out our You Tube channel or Instagram page to see many videos about our OklaHome foundations, framing, insulation, land development and other best practices that set our homes apart from others.
