1 New Home Consultation

Excited about building a new home but don’t know where to start?  We will consult with you regarding the process and help you formulate a plan to get your home underway.  Select the perfect location, home design and customizations for your families’ needs.  We’ll prepare a proposal building the home on paper for your review before any construction begins.

2 Arrange for the Financing

Preferred lenders can help you get off on the right foot regarding financing offering programs and payment options.  This is a critical step which clarifies your budget and needs.  We can help recommend lenders that will help make this process easy and simple.

3 Design & Selections

Our Interior Designer can guide you through the floor design process, as well as the selection process. The selection process includes lighting, counter tops, tiles, flooring, and hardware. It’s the fun part! We have preferred vendors who know our product and can help you with all your choices.

4 Craftmanship

Once underway, your personal Construction Manager will oversee the on-site construction of your home. Quality is assured through in-house and city inspections along the way.

You will have several opportunities to walk through your home under construction with the Manager making decisions and selections along the way.

5 Meet Your New Home

Our last big event is to meet at the title company and close on your new home. We will present your keys and celebrate this milestone moment with you!
