Every home has a special name but this home is extra special. You see, this family includes the most precious little girl named Eleanor so their family named their home “The Roosevelt”. Even more special – halfway through the built, Grandma decided she wanted to live close by too so we built “A Cottage for Mom” (see photos it’s own album) right next door.

This home is striking with the blue and white and champagne bronze. With 3 bedrooms, a study plus a bonus room, the floorplan packs a lot of punch in only 2500sf. Downstairs is the master bedroom, a study and even a little planning center/mud bench conveniently tucked away by the garage door. Inside the study, you’ll see the most enviable girls pink walk-in closet – designed all for shoes and purses. Yes, please!

Real oak hardwood floors and reclaimed brick on the fireplace give the home a rustic feel but the sleek modern light fixtures make it posh. The navy blue kitchen cabinets rise up to the ceiling with the top cabinets geniously doored with a mirror so the light is reflected out (you’d think it’s glass) but anything from Tupperware to serving platters can be hidden. This home is in the Autumn Farms community, OklaHome’s boutique modern farmhouse community in Deer Creek.
